I have a problem with login in DS708 update V6.13

    Hi.

    Whenever i wanted to log on DS708 update V6.13.  When you login message appears Account name or password error. and I'm sure Account

     Hi guys

     

    Have this same problem after install DS708 update V6.13 . My Autel profile says that my license is still active so i should be able to make update. Once again Autel FAIL . Company should not release new toy but should consider change name to FAILtel

     Yep. DL'd and installed 6.13 username and password error both my old one on maxidas.com and the new one on auteltech.com

     Try connecting just the Ethernet cable from scanner to router.  only way mine updated.

      HI I had the same problem use your user name( should be your email) and password you use to log in to this website (auteltech.com) on your scan tool and it should work now, when they changed over to this website they only use this websites information on file so that created problem with users who signed up when they had the maxidas.com website, which now causes wrong password and user error.

    I'm pretty sure default is correct. The new software points to the new website (this one). Make sure you're using the account name and password for this site and not the old one. My guess is you'll need to re-register your device on this website as well, but I don't know.

    Of course it's possible that if you just wait awhile Autel will get around to importing all the user data from their old website.
